The four parts of a good prompt
Task, context, constraints, format
Most strong prompts contain four parts. The task says what you want done. The context explains the situation and the audience. The constraints set limits such as length or things to avoid. The format describes how the answer should look.
For example: write a reply to a customer whose GCash refund is delayed, in a calm tone, under 100 words, as a short email with a subject line.
